SLiM 2 Enters Beta Testing

Our Sumation™ List Mailer, better known as SLiM 2, is entering the last phase of product testing before general public availability. We have a program that will allow interested customers early access to SLiM 2 for controlled testing and evaluation purposes.

We would like to extend a special invitation to your organization to join us in the beta testing phase as a member of our Sumation™ BetaBytes Program. Your participation and feedback will prove to be valuable and insightful.

Quinix Technologies' New Data Centre Goes Live!

Quinix Technologies has opened it's new Data Centre in Prince Edward Island, on the East Coast of Canada. Existing customers hosted in the Vancouver Data Centre were successfully transfered to new Data Centre on October 14, and were live on October 15.

Quintin Prinsloo, President of Quinix Technologies, said on Monday, "We're extremely satisfied with the transition to the new centre in Atlantic Canada. We're thankful to all those who helped make the transition a success and we are sure our customers in Canada and around the world will begin to see the benefits".

The data centre hosted at the Atlantic Data Centre in Charlottetown is one of the newest facilities in Atlantic Canada. The data centre includes some of the following features:

• Fibre Internet Connection
• Digital Video Surveillance
• On-site security
• Fire Suppression System
• UPS with Backup Diesel Generator
• Redundant Air Conditioning
• Secured Cabinets
• Proximity Card Access Control

The first group of customers who are beta-testing the production release of Sumation™ Download Manager using the new digital.quinix.com service, has begun! 

Focus on the Family Australia have launched their digital downloads in their Sumation™ Web Store. They have made their ever popular Adventures in Odyssey series available in digital format, with individual episodes and albums available for purchase.

We're looking forward to seeing the results.

The team at Quinix Technologies, along with other Microsoft Partners had the opportunity to preview the upcoming CRM 2011 today. There are some really great features, and we're looking forward to working with it prior to the release... but it looks good. 

We are unfortunately not able to provide detailed information at present, but will be able to preview the new version with customers in the near future.

Highlights:

The first free training screencasts are now available in the Free Screencasts area of the site. The first group of screencasts will be addressing Microsoft® Dynamics® CRM 4. We will be focusing on common problems or areas of confusion where users typically have difficulty.
